Reliance GSM Mobile Connection — not returning Rs.299 deducted for service not provided | |||
Dear Sir, myself Capt.Ravi Mohan Sharma i activated mobile internet plan on my reliance GSM on 14 May 2010 in the evening and deduction of Rs. 299 took place. After 3 hrs. the internet plan was automatically returned by the company When i contacted custemer care, they assured me return of Rs. 299 in 2 days Till now i have made 4 complains and contacted custemer care for nearly 20 times but my balance of Rs.299 has not been returned. They always reassure me and say that bal. will be refunded in 1-2 days. my latest complain id are on 24 may 2010 ..........[protected] on 31 may 2010 ..........[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Reliance GSM Mobile Connection — Unnecessary deduction of MVDO service
There is un necessary deduction of amout from my prepaid Reliance GSM account. I have not activated any service from them. Still get message from 56694.Iam Very frustrated and dissappointed from reliance.
Kindly help to get this sought out.
