I had sucribed to missed call alerts a few 2-3 months before. I continued to the service since the time but never got a single missed call alert. Now on 8th june the service was unsuscribed since had no balance also that the fact that I wanted to unsuscribe it. I also got a message for the unsubscription. After the message, one's only though would be that service is now unsuscribed and will not suscribed any more untill asked for it. So now on 12th june the service gets suscribed again. without any prioir notification. The customer says it is a company rule to keep the service on hold. But why would the comany say unsuscribed instead of on hold in the message.
I have sent a mail to service assurance cell with subject as "subscription of missed call alerts with no prior notification" . please look over to my complaint ans also the fact that I never got any benefit of the service as i never got any missed call alerts during the whole subscription period(i personally checked and verified that the service was not working at any moment).
