[Resolved] Reliance GSM Mobile — Renewal of Message Pack | |||
Respected sir/madam, I'm a reliance customer since 3-4 years (Mobile no [protected]). I have been activated a sms pack of Rs. 19/- two years ago. Last month i had a problem of "auto renewal", after requesting a lot times this problem was solved but now again the same thing is happening. The message pack supposed to be renewed on 25th march. But it doesn't...! I called customer care before 25th march (on 23rd and 24th) to ensure that whether it will be renew or not, that time they said, it will be renewed up to 25th march. Today when i contact them about it, they are just telling that this pack is not available anymore...! Actually it should be available for old customers because it is available of old customers only...! Some of my friends are using this plan....! The most horrible thing is they just deactivated my message pack,,,! It’s horrible because unless i request to deactivate it, it won’t have to be...! Reliance Mobiles — Unauthorized subscription SMS Packs
Hello,This is in regards to the unauthorized subscriptions that reliance is doing on my number without taking my consent. Today I got a message that you can unsubscribe for a Health Pack when in the first place I did not subscribe for any sms pack. When I call up customer service, they say they can't do anything as you should have called us 2 months back when you got the message and I did not get any message that I am being subscribed to any package.
My question is how can they subscribe us for anything without taking our consent and if I need to get my refund, they are saying that is not possible and you can do whatever you want. My number is [protected]. I also called up couple of months back to for activating DND services which takes 45 days as per them to get activated and still I am getting those messages.
Please advise on how can we take this forward.

Reliance Mobile — renew of sms pack
i requested for sms pack of rs38 to reliance mobile services..they activated it..i njoyed a lot..but soon after one month they again renewed it without any intimation...this is very cheap and disgusting..this process was repeated for 3 months..talked to reliance customercare ..no solution..
i left with only one option to change the service provider..i bought new sim..
so dont buy reliance sim..making money in this way is unethical..
many of my friends r frustrated with these types of errs....
