[Resolved] Reliance GSM Mobile Services — without customers knowledge activated services and deducting the money | |||
Hi all, My name is Srinivasan, my number is [protected] For last 1 yr im using the reliance gsm mobile service. but really frustrated by their services. Here are the problems i have faced and still facing; 1. Automatically caller tune was activated without my knowledge and deducting monthly charges of Rs30 everytime even if i try to unsubscribe it never happens 2. today suddenly got a msg saying i have successfully renewed to music services which i never activated.. cost Rs30 3. Automatically cricket service is activated without my knowledge and deducting monthly charges of Rs30 everytime even if i try to unsubscribe it never happens 4. Automatically voice chat services is activated without my knowledge and deducting monthly charges of Rs30 everytime even if i try to unsubscribe it never happens (for the caller tune, if the service provider says that the customer must have wrongly pressed any number during so the callertunes must be activated. in this case why cant the service providers re-confirm from customers to activate or not.... which they wont do, but for unnecessary things they call the customers) And best part is that the customer care number never been answer and i have to wait for more than 25 mins for that.... another frustrating issue is few days before i did the top-up for Rs200 and now my balance is reduced by Rs120 in 2 days... I have activated some booster packs for STD calls, where i receive msgs to remind me and activate it... but it wont activate itself For a customer beneficial services they dont do automatically but they deduct the other services which not required without confirming from the customer..... In my family, more than 4 are using reliance gsm... and everyone suffered the same.... like the money is deducted within a day we do top-up... We have lost more n more without our knowledge.. Reliance GSM — Reducing Rs 30 without knowledge of customer.
Rs 30 has been cut without my knowledge from my phone balance and providing service which is not asked by me.Company is doing his own.company is earning money from the customers by making them unsatisfied by GSM service.If company is not able to pull on with in their required charges from the customers then it is suggested company should be closed and let the people live with other telecom companies.As 244 complaints against the company is already pending as per this site
Reliance Mobile — Issuing services on mobile without customer's approval
My mobile no. [protected]. on the morning of 24th november time 8.15am (approx), i had realised that a amount of Rs. 50(approx.) is been deducted from my account. Immidiately i called up the customer care and get to know about a service has been acticvated on my number. I told him that i had not requested for any services then how the service get activated automatically without my acknowledgement. Representaive told me that he will put an request for deactivation and the amount will be credited to my account shortly(within 24 Hours).On 25th i again placed a call to the customercare and get to know that the amount is not reversible. Moreover they tried to convince me that i requested for the service on 21st or 22nd. I requested him to place a complaint, again i was refused. after several arguments i got a service request number[protected] and had been told that whatever the decision will be the last. but again the amount is not reversible.The matter is not for just Rs. 50, but the feeling that i got cheated. Its not just me, may be there are several guys who got away with this trap. Looking forward for the response from reliance. Only Reliance positive response will be able to keep a proud customer's faith on them.
Reliance GSM — deducting my money with out my knowledge
i have been deducted money of 20 rs for CRBT service with out me activating itthought i would have activated so i followed procedure they gave to deactivate
again today i had deducted 10 rs 4 the same with out activating
so i called customer care
they said it has been auto renewal so the money is deducted
as it has been auto renewal we cant take complaint
this is cheating the consumer and deducting his money with out his knowledge

Reliance GSM — unwanted services activated and money deducted
siraproximately 50 rs were deducted from my account. when i called customer care they told me they renewed some movie masala service which i never activated.and when i asked them to refund me or transfer my call to seniors they put me on hold for 7 to 8 min and then disconnected call.

Reliance GSM — Money deducted by activating new services without information
I have Reliance GSM connection with current balance -3.57Rs. The Reliance serivce provider duducted 15 Rs. for "My Feeling" services that is not actually activated by me at my end.Reliance GSM — Activation of Packs without customer knowledge
Hi,Reliance GSM is cheating customers. They activate Rs30 packs from their end and deduct the balance of the prepaid customers. When asked,they will deactivate the service and donot refund the money.They tell that the pack is activated from customer end. Do they think that we are fools who do not know the difference between auto activation and activation from our end.
This needs to be taken up seriously. I am planning to sue Reliance GSM.

I am using reliance GSM since last 2 years. I have recharge it with Rs 100 and next day from my account ony Rs 20 remains .Rs 80 will be deducted from my account by giving me any stupid service which i never activated . These service provider are doing same things from past 1 year and i am mentally disturb by calling the customer care and fighting to get my money back . But there are no response from there side , Please help me from these thing. i want my money back .

Reliance — Frequent Balance Reduction without activation of services
sir,I have been using Reliance network since 3 years. But now a days i am getting a severe problem of balance reduction from my account automatically. So i have called to customer care and complained about this issue. They are simply answering me that u have activacted this service pack ant that service pack every time. And somtimes i got a reply as "Sorry this is due to network problem"
we will add the reduced amount back to your accont.
But nw agian and agian tha same problem. So i just wanted to ask them a question if i have activated( if by mistakenkly also) iam not getting any related messages from reliance both related to pack activation and service messages.
Sir, therefore i request you to please look into this matter as i am getting frustrated by this type o[censored]ngenuine services from Rliance for which my balance is being deducted and oblige.

Even today once again LOVE service been activated around 4.45pm and deducted Rs30, my balance have reduced from Rs83 to Rs53...
I have deactivated it at the same time, but what about that amount...
Totally Rs150 have been deducted, really want to know exactly what you people are trying to do for the customers.. I'm seeing many people have complained on same issue..
Please solve this issues and refund the amount or necessary actions should be taken.

Reliance — Unnecessary Services automatically activated
Ilive in Aligarh(U.P).From two months on my reliance number, some unnecessary services automatically activated, due to which i am suffered alot of loss of money as applicable by Reliance on such services.I have complined about them in Reliance offices here in aligarh but no action has taken yet.On the very first time there they told me to wait for two days & the services will be deactivated.But nothing done after two days.Then After two Days again they told me to wait for two days but the service hasnt deactivted yet.Due to which i am also not able to recharge my account & call properly in fear that the amount will be deducted automayically for these services from my account.Kind;y help me in this as soon as possible.
