Dear Sir,My mobile no. is [protected] ( Prepaid GSM Connection ). My name is Abhishek Priyadarshi. I am working with NDTV at Patna ( Bihar )..
The problem is coming regarding network ( Tower).. When I live at home then network is not available in my mobile. (My home address is Vishal Residency, Wing-4 Flat No. - G3, Opposite of Raza Bazaar petrol pump, Raza Bazaar, Patna - 800014)
And when I go outside home arround 500 m then network show in my mobile and smoothly talk to one place to another place... This type of problem is coming from last three days...
Plz sort out my problem as soon as possible... So, I grateful to you.

Reliance GSM Mobile Service — Network Problem
my name is shrey sharma and i live in gomtinagar, lucknoe.i have been using reliance gsm mobile for 3 months now but trust me i have never used such a "gaddha" mobile service in my whole life.i never receive my signals at my home or my office.the customer care does not ever bothers to care for their customers.they are more busy in their own problems.every time the screen of my mobile shows "emergency calls only" as to their have been an emergency imposed on the company.i am a trader and i have incurred losses.pls help meReliance GSM Service provider — I am facing Problem with Reliance customer care
I am seriously felling bad about reliance customer care. the List problems which I faced1. Customer care people doesn't know proper English, they don't understand the problem
2. They talk very rash to the customers.
3. One day I called to customer care regarding my problem. the problem is reacharge, I am not finding shops to recharge the number. hardly I found 1 shope near by place( I am living in Pune city). the shop owner said r.s 2 extra per 1 recharge, I said okay and I keep on recharging my mobile on the same shop.
One day I have recharged 5 times in the same shop, 5th time I don't have change r.s 2( extra per each recharge), due to the reason he didn't recharged. that day finally I suffered to get r.s 2 change.
this was my compliant I explain to the customer care, he then said we will take action aginest them. in that discussion he connected to his superior this call. That person said, you can do what ever you want we are not going to help you any more. If you wish you continue other wise disconnect the call. We are not going to help you more.
4. Not all these problem I am facing net work issues. Message doesn't go to other numbers, If I asked this issues then they said they may be problem with other network, I have checked all the numbers but same problem. But for each message the amount is detecting from my account.
I am seriously thinking what will be the solution for my problems and where I can go and complaint for my rights. Because it's my money is simply wasting to grow them.
RELIANCE MOBILE(GSM SERVICE) — SERVICE ROBLEM
ON 23rd SEPTEMBER,2009, I RECIEVED A MSG FRM RELIANCE STATING THAT "FMINDIA PACK IS ACTIVATED" AND THEY DEDUCTED RS 30 MY ACCOUNT,BUT I HAD NOT ACTIVATED ANY SUCH SERVICES.THEN I TALKED TO THE CUSTOMER CARE OF RELIANCE AND I TOLD THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY AS IT WAS NOT MY MISTAKE.THEY SAID THAT THAT THEY CAN'T REFUND ME THE MONEY..WHATEVER THE PROBLEM MAY BE.I THINK ITS NOT RIGHT..U SHOULD TAKE STRICT ACTION ON THIS....MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected]
RELIANCE INDIA MOBILE(GSM SERVICES) — PROBLEM IN NETWORK
Dear Sir/Madam,I have bought of a RIM connection as in the month of August, And from then i am continuously facing the problem of NO NETWORK. I have Complained so many times , but there is no action against it. I have file a complaint to C.C.E. of RIM. They have given me a complaint no. i.e.,1326291 as on 7th of September, and i have talked to Mr, Asim Raj & Mr. Gulsher Singh in this regarding, but there is no solution.
I am fed up with this connection, its network goes for almost for a day.
If the RIM Co. will not sort out this problem, I'll havwe to file a written complaint in Consumer Court against RIM for INCONVENIENCE TO ME.
So please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible because i think that it is use as a negative publicity for your RIM COMPANY.

Reliance — nerwork problem
i have rim three connetion.i have network pronlem from 2 year.1-1 call connect after 100 time try.
2-if call connect no both side convertion made 1 time in 100 try.
3-if convertion made call are lost within 30second to 2 min with a massese (your call are lost)
4-evey time call charge dudect from my account.
5-my per call cost are near rs.20 rupise.
6-i complain *333 or 30333333 more then 100 time
7-i email my complain more then 5 time on [protected]@relianceada.com
8-my last comalain service request no is[protected].
but my complain are not solve.what can i do.and whare i go for help.

Reliance Mobile — network problem
I HAVE REQUESTED LAST TWO MONTH TO CUSTEMER CARE BECAUSE THIS IS MY M.NO-[protected],[protected],[protected] THIS REASON RELIANCE NETWORK IS VERY WEAK AND DIRTY IN LOCATION FROM E-347 SECTOR -23 SANJAY NAGAR GHAZIABAD.(PIN NO-201002) .PLEASE SOLVED MY PROBLEM IMEEDIATELY .
there is also a very big problem regarding network in indrapuram here is no network from 2 days please solve the problem as soon as possible
RELIANCE MOBILE GSM SERVICE NETWORK ISSUE — RELIANCE MOBILE GSM NETWORK ISSUE
I bought Rilance GCM sim card from Kandiwali (East) on 23rd May 2010.From the day 1 there is no network at the below mentioned locations;
1) Anita Nagar Building, Lokhandwala Township, Kandiwali (E);
2) Big Bazar, Kandiwali (E);
3) Interface Building No 11, Malad (W);
4) Zenith House, Mahalakshmi;
there could be many more loactions which does not known by me.
On these locations there is no network available, it shows "Emergency Calls Only" or "No Network Coverage".
I called up to the customer care for continious 3 days for registring the complaint, but they replied the issue will be resolve in 2 hrs, 24 hrs etc. As there are no network available. I asked for the complaint no but, neither complaint were taken nor complaint no given.
Finaly on 28th May 2010, complaint registered vide Request No[protected].
On dated 31st May 2010, I got SMS that the issue is resolved, but in reality the issue is still persists.

complain:- is number se due to r-world 30 rupees ka amount aaj monday ko 12:21 A.M. par deduct hua. customer care excutive se baat karne per unhone kaha maine r-world use kiya hai. lekin sir mai aapko batana chahunga ki mera handset aaj subah ( 06 Dec 2010) lagbhag 09:00A.M. se 02:00P.M. tak switch off tha. so mai kaise use kar sakta hoon.
Sir isse pehle bhi 05 Nov 2010 ko bhi 30 rupees ka amount deduct hua tha. us samay bhi realince cutomer care excutive ne yahi baat mujhse kahi thi ki maine r-world use kiya hai. aur 05 Nov 2010 k 2 ya 3 din pehle bhi 30 rupees ka amount deduct hua tha lekin complain dene 2 ghante baad mujhe vo amount reverse kar diya gaya tha.
Sir, one thing more i want to tell you.that i have already registered do not disturb service on 14 Dec 2009. sir actually the issue is this ki realince company without any information agar is tarah se amount deduction karegi. to aam aadmi kaise bharosa kar payega mobile service providers pe.

I am the subscriber of Reliance GSM Mobile Number [protected]. I have opted to port my number to Vodaphone.As per the procedure to send a SMS : PORT [protected] to 1900 on sending it i get the response * DEAR RELIANCE CUSTOMER, YOUR REQUEST COULD NOT BE PROCESSED, PLEASE TRY AFTER SOME TIME. THANK YOU.
For it i have called the customer care but they too are unable to help.
Can i know if this facility have been started why the company is not willing to do so ?

There has been problems pertaining to the bad network of reliance GSM service in sector-9 area of Bhilai (Chattisgarh). This problem has been long since 10 days. This condition is quite uncomfortable and can make us to have other alternatives if this rectification is not achived within short time.Reliance — problem with network

Reliance GSM Mobile Services — UNWANTED DEDUCTION OF BALANCE EVERYDAY
I NEVER ACTIVATED CRICKET PACKS ON MY MOBILE SERVICES OFFERED BY RELIANCE WAS USED TO WONDER WHERE THE BALANCE IS GOING..ultimately came to know its getting deducted fr 10-20 rs per day for some kind of cricket packs when i recieved message fr its renewal subscription at that very instance i send messages to UNSUBSCRIBE but never recieved any confirmation n balance was getting lesser day by day..then i called customer care numbers n at two instances were assured that service has been decativated but till todays date 29/4/2011 those services were never deactivated inspite of several calls to Customer care or COMPLAINT HANDLING. I am highly dissatisfied as customer care agents were very rude n incompetent they even denied to give complaint #s or refrence nos...now i will make formal complaints in written to CONSUMER FORUMS...shingarika
