Reliance GSM POSTPAID Connection — Complaint Regarding Migration of a Mobile connection from Postpaid to Pre Paid Connection without customer Request.

Dear All,
I have purchased a GSM post paid ([protected]) connection from reliance communication in April-2011 from reliance web world which is situated at MG road, Opp. Treasure Island, Indore (M.P.). I have already paid 2 bills of this connection. On 6th June-11. I have received a Sms from Reliance Company that my available balance is 99 Paisa & I have to recharge my Mobile to avoid the De-Activation. Then I tried to contact the customer care number, executive told me that the number is migrated from post Paid to Pre Paid on your request through Reliance web World when I told her that I had not given any such request then she told me that she cannot do anything in this regards. I have to go to reliance web world to find out the details.
How any Reliance web world cans can change the post-paid Connection into prepaid without customer request & I have not received any conformation cal regarding same. I have not submitted any written application or documents to migrate my connection.
I meet the explanation from the company. & the compensation of harassment I am going through since two days.
