Reliance GSM pre paid service — money deducted by network without reason

Dear Sir,
I have a reliance smart prepaid customer ([protected]) last one year approx. I have rechare with 200/-(from third party recharge through my big brother) my mobile. according to this recharge only few minute display in my balance account. suddenly after few minute my balance ammount was nil. for this problem I have many time register in complain reciver executive ([protected]), but since now no body taken any action with this problem. allways say about, i am forwerded your complain high authority. so please you suggest me how to solve my problem or what will be do further. at last with full belive I requested to you kindly solve my problem.

i have realince gsm sim but my mony deduct without reason then i called to customer care he dont give answer and cut the phone. please give me help because i am very sad about this reason

bahut hi gatia network h reliance gsm ka mera naam ajay h mera no [protected] h call rate to saste h par fayda kya call karne ke 7-8 sec baad ph apne aap kat jaata h m bahut dukhi hu meine ye no mazburi m le rakha h nahi to m reliance ki taraf dekhu b na . m ek request karna chata hu he reliance walo tumse haath jod kar prathna h ki apna gsm network ko sudhar lo varna kai garib aadmi or garib ho jayenge. danyawad & happy diwali. get well soon

It is always the same with reliance they are just least bothered about the customer i have stopped using two connections which was of reliance only because of this..

Who fed into its own service to your company, I was hurt and no amount deduct is so any reason and left the money and sort out your customer care persons Problems do not ever. Today at 5:30 pm.again deducted rs.3/- from my account for the VAS service...then i messaged <stop> to 121 and i got the reply like "you are not subscribed to any VAS packs"..so my question is For what purpose you were deduct the money?? What is this??I need that deducted money...

no solution till now...?????????/
