Reliance Gsm Service — Regarding Wrong deduction of my balance, rude behaviour of agent

Yesterday I made the complaint for [protected] regarding the wrong deduction of my balance. And today I received a sms from Reliance that “Dear Reliance Customer.SR[protected] has been resolved. Your wrong decrement has been verified & amt is deducted against sms usage.Thanks”. What is this?? I think that company don’t know the scheme of Rs. 47 in Rajasthan circle?? Why they are showing so careless behaviour?? According to this scheme, customer’s first sms will be charged and next 500 are free, and this thing is not going on in my number, that’s why I made the complaint, then why I received the sms that amount is not wrongly deducted and also your 3rd class customer care not responding, everyday they are not able to give me common information, about my query….Everyday I received the same reply that call us after some time, and in every call I have to tell each and every thing, and also they are not giving any feedback call to customer. I am sick of Reliance’s services. Please help me to get refund of my amount….and just coz of this thing I activated daily sms service, again here I am suffering.What the [censored]….. And also they deduct my balance in night when I was calling on local reliance number… Again wrong deduction. And they are miss behaving with me, One agent name was RajaRam and other is Vikas time 10pm-11pm on 16 Sept 2010. They disconnect my line just coz I want to spoke with their senior for complaining their collegues. Sir, I am a college going Student and I am requesting from you that please help me out in this matter, waiting for ur response.

Reliance India Mobile — Wrong Information by customer care executive

Dear Sir

I'm using my Reliance Mobile No [protected] since the launch of the company's service in U.P. i.e. almost 6 years. In the beginning, it was DAPO offer Plan and after continuing this plan for some almost 4 years I changed my plan to NJ 199, in which monthly commitment was Rs. 199.00 + service taxes.This plan was offering free local calls worth Rs. 150.00 and 500 free SMS (local). To reduce call rates in my plan I made a request in the month of September to activate service pack worth Rs. 48.00 with my plan. Last month I made a call to customer care of Reliance Mobile and enquired that is there any scheme under which I can pay some amount once and get my terrif reduced forever. Against my enquiry, customer care executive gave me wrong information and activated Plan MYMBLUNLTDONNET770. Today when I enquired about my bill, I came to know that my Plan NJ199 has been abolished and now it can not be activated again because there is no such plan exist with the company. In such circumstances I have no option left but to surrender my existing connection and make a legal complaint with for the incidance.

Reliance Mobile GSM — WRONG BEHAVIOUR OF CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

on 28 th sept on my mobile no [protected] rang ragila pack automatically activated by reliance.
and 30 Rs charges.After that i immediatly call customer care office regarding this complaint.
A.SAHU (Girl) received call at 09:03 AM .And regarding this Rang Rangila pack she told me that this pack is activated by you from R-world or Intenet.But I told her that the one message was come from company for free ringtone and I just read this message and after that I check my balance I found 30 Rs cut from main balance.I told her I am not activate the pack But she didnot not give me a proper information regarding Rang Rangila pack.She told me that pack was activated from mobile or internet .I told her I am not activated the pack .She didnot give me a proper information.She is in customer care but her communication to customer is not proper.She didnot give proper information.
Her personality is not good.

Reliance Mobile GSM — fake promises made to me..

Actually this happened to me on 4th april 2010...it all started with my intention to download a game from rcomwap(site of reliance).i just clicked on a game named as mumbai terror and they charged 49rs instantly from my balance but the game was not downloaded on my mobile as due to network failure which happens quite a lot in reliance so nothing to surprise..so i revert back to customer care for my querry
and they started giving me silly excuse for same..but when i told them my set is compatible and i do have memory in it than the guy told me it ll get downloaded itself by the morning or you can call us back again we ll write ur complaint..so in the morning i woke up with the hope but when i checked my mobile they shattered away...so pertaining to that i
called again to customer care the guy told me that he had written customer complaint and he assured me that i ll get my money back within 48 hours....so i waited for 60 hours and again i called customer
care and this time i got really pissed off when they told me there is no such complaint for ur no.
and i told the guy to put me through on line to supervisor and when i talked with supervisor he was so afraid to tell me his name and cut my phone and again when i called same cycle repeated....
3rd time when i called the guy told me that you ll not get your money back but i can write ur complaint just for sake to save himself....


so this is the incident which happened with me and during the course i talked decently even with the supervisor who was very rude to me...
AND IMPORTANT THING IS THAT I HAVE ALL THE CALLS RECORDED IN MOBILE and i can put this thing as evidence...

so plz guide me what actions i should take against them as i was humiliated....
I am using Reliance GSM service . On[protected], I received a SMS which says successful activation of the Cricket Pack which will charge Rs.5 per day but I haven't activated such service from my mobile despite Rs. 5 have been deducted each day. Following are the phases I have been crossed.

1) I raised a complain to the customer care executive and said about the above scenario then he replied that " The SMS you have received is sent by mistake, you have not subscribe such service".
2) My balance has been deducted Rs.5 everyday so I again rang and raised a complain which has complain ID :[protected] which is supposed to be solved in next 48 hours. Executive said we have deactivated the service and the balance have been deducted will be refunded after 48hrs.
3) Issue have been not solved despite completion of the 48 hrs, I again performed the complaint's follow-up but didn't get the satisfactory answer.
4)I am raising the complain since 10th of sept and parallelly performing the follow-up to the complain but my issues has been not solved and balance is deducted despite I received a SMS which ensures service has been deactivated
5) On 16th I again received a SMS with a new complain ID :[protected] saying " Your issue will be solved within next 24hrs" but I haven't raised this complain with this new complain ID, I talked to the senior executive Mr. Hemant from Mumbai and he assured that it has been the mistake committed from his team and will refund my deducted from my account. Despite these complains my issue remain at the same situation.
balance has deducted but not returned to the my account. I am really mentally enervated by the customer care executive and their senseless statement because every successive executive puts allegation on previous executive regarding mis-handling of the complain. Every time I got assurance from executive but my complain has been not sorted out despite my sincere efforts to solve this nuisance. Every time I get a new excuse from executive regarding the immense delay in solving the issues.
6) Now again balance has been deducted not refunded to my account and it was said “balance has been charged correctly". I am tired of this series of false and futile statement given from your side. I have all proof as SMS which shows that it was fault fromreliance side and balance has been deducted was 100% improper and rubbish.
7) Finally I have been suggested to visit Reliance outlet to stop this service as they are failed to deactivated the service, they have been realised this after I have been crossed through 14 executives and thier futile efforts to stop this small service and took 9 days to realize this fact. What a awesome service fromReliance? A shameful fact for the Relaince "Karlo Duniya Muthi Me".

I have talked to almost 14 executives but every time I get false promise from their side. I am completely dis-satisfied by these people are :
Sandeep Yadav, Ashok Yadav, Adnan, Mothi, Swetabh, Hemant, Mudassar Qhureshi, Ashok and many more. I forget the names rest one, so unable to mention it.
I want to intimate that the service provided for solving a very less severe issues was pathetic and irresponsible attitude has been showed by the executives. I am going to post this complain on my blogs, forum and twitter as you people are completely worthless and in-effective to solve this issue. The service requires immediate upgardation in the quality otherwise it'll be set-back for the company. It was my prime duty to make aware of these lacoone and finally I am going to post this issue over the internet as I also consider this as my duty to make the crowd of India aware about the usingReliance service is completely Un-Reliable and it is sucking the crowd.

Now Reliance is landed with latest third complain which also does not give any gurantee to be solved as it has been mentioned by the senior executive Mr. Chandrakant. what to do with these rubbish complains..

Reliance — balance deduct & wrong behaviour

my balance has been deducted because of some mtv bakvas services which is not activated by me , and i refuse the same i called customer care a boy named kiran received and was talking rudely.............
i think needful action may be taken against the same
The man from your side, who abuse me n mis behaved to me. from your no.[protected].
plz take appropriate action against him.Being your regular coustomer i don't expect such kind of behaviour from such a big & prestigious company.
