[Resolved]  Reliance Health Wise Policy — renewal notice of policy

Sir

I am a healthwise policy coustomer and my card no.[protected].Last year i had taken the policy from an agent at mavelikara( Kerala ). but i didn't get the renewel notice from your side.so i contacted your Eranakulam office and i was further diverted to the trivandrum office .They inturn had a casual approach and said that they had no information nor any records regarding my health policy .This irresponsibility and lethargic approach on acoount of a customers health policy amounts to daylight robbery.A company of such a stature deemed to be ashamed of it.
i hope somebody with a serious mind would contact me and provide an explanation.
Thanking to the allmighty for keeping me healthy last year without any insurance coverage AFTER PAYING FOR IT.

Reliance Health Wise Policy — policy us not yet activated

i have choosed reliance health wise policy from an insurance agent named Shiju from kottayam.my policy is not yet activated.i had given 1350 rupees to him with a promise that he'll make the further procedures but after that there is no response from his side.he had also promised that this policy will be activated within 24 hours from the time he had collected the money.the money is given to him on 9/06/2008 and now one week is passed.
so i kindly request you to take the necessary actions and please make my policy activate as soon as possible.

Dear Sir.
This is to inform you that knee-cap (Patella) of my right leg was fractured in an accident on 7th Mar 08, & was operated on 8th Mar 08 by Dr. Saurabh Agwl. In BNK hospital, Nirala Nagar, Lucknow. I was discharged on 11th evening.
I have to submit bills etc of my Post Hospitalization (90 days) treatment from the day of discharge from hospital, i.e. 11th Mar08 for reimbursement.
I am still dependent on others. For lodging my claims I have been contacting many times to my Agent/Adviser of Reliance Health wise 'Mr. Amit Jain' on his Mobile# [protected]. He says "Sorry Sir I will call you back after 5 min. & He will not contact by him self ever" "Next time he says sorry sir I forgot I will come on Sunday & he will not come". Moreover he doesn't inform any thing.
Details of my policy are as below; Please let me know how my Claims can be lodged.

I have taken a Reliance health policy Thru ABN AMRO Bank Card in its offer on 18 feb 2008 for health insurance for an amount of 200000/- my policy no[protected] till date i havent recived the kit with the card i had complianed on 16th may 2008 with a compliante no 432069 requesting them to send my card for my health check up i havent got it till. Now i have a problem with my health i need to go for a heart check up but i cant go with out a card i had alodge a compliant he sad it takes min of 3 days for the kit will reliance be responsible if any thing happens to me, kindly help me i dont know the offers in my card also .weather a post medicar is avaliable or not .how to go about, is this way reliance will treat the health card holders i think the higher up should mantain a track of compliants and check it it is concern with health do not take it just like that .due to your negliance the main company will get a negative i request the higerups to wake up to see the compliants and followups also.

Healthwise Policy — regarding renewal

respected sir,
i have a health wise policy with you company. reference policy no[protected] . my renewal date is on dated 26.5.2009, so i had issued a cheque on dated 16.5.2009 of amount 3411.00 and deposited in the jamshedpur branch on the same day.( photo copy of the policy attached with the cheque)
till date i havent recieved my policy nor any process has been done.due to non failure of the police i had given the cheque in advance. this kind of service is not expected from such a reputed company.
i would request you to kindly take some action as soon as possible and issue me a renewal policy certficate.

I dont understand why these peoples believe on Reliance company and its commitment? I think the company is not care about it customers as they have lots of customers and unable to give service what they commits.

Healthwise Policy — non delivery of papers as well as cards

my policy no is[protected] health wise policy,i had taken it last month.til today paper and card is not received.on online surch details of policy does not appears while money is paid vid creadit card.
sir, I would like to inform you that Ihave a policyof RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE.My policy no.[protected].But after putting every details of my policy I cannot get any information from your website.I want to get premium certificate as soon as possible at my e-mail address.

Reliance Health Wise Policy — Policy renewed online not updated online.

Sub : Policy No [protected] purchased ( debited) online on 31/01/2010 not updated till date.
1. Existing Health wise Policy No[protected], which has expired on 2/2/2010
2.Renewed online through Internet Banking ICICI Bank, statement attached.
3.Confirmation email received.
4. Policy not updated.No policy documents received.
5. Repeated phone calls and emails to customer care have not produced the policy documents for which I have paid on time. ( Complaint No 929512 on phone, 00967437 by email). There has been no feedback on this regard also.
Please find details of the complaint as sent by email to services.[protected]@relianceada.com. (copy attached). There has been no response so far even though I have logged a complaint and called many times to follow this up.
A copy of the confirmation email for the transaction is also attached.
This policy is still not updated. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.If there are no records of purchase, kindly confirm this in writing, so that the money may be refunded to me.

My claim No. 4659891 for postmedical treatment under Policy No.[protected] has been passed for payment. As on date, I didn't receive my cheque. For non receipt of cheque, I lodged a complaint with your Mumbai Office vide Complaint No. 1037518 on 17.03.2010. I want to know the status. I prefer that the cheque to be sent by Post to my residence or by Courier/post at my Office address which is as follows:

This year we haven't paid on time, now we want to pay the premium so please make sure some one call me on this matter to collect the payment. One more thing my son name was wrongly printed on the policy, for that matter i have approached your local agent but he couldn't do anything on this regard. Please suggest me how to correct.
