[Resolved]  Reliance Hello — harrasment

i purchage a reliance hello connection number [protected] in oct08, from 10thdec08 cllasic handset was starting problem i lodge a complain on 11th dec08, on 18thdec08 person come from service center and took my handset for repair, after 8-10 he was come with that handset and he inform us that set is ok but very next day that set again creat problem i again lodge complain again he come this was starting seven time this was happen at last they offer me new handset but i want waiver because my all bill was full paid till upto today, but they told me they supply me handset if i agree not to claim waiver. which i not agree so they discontinu my line from 30th april where my no dues in there bill, after that they ready to give me 39days waiver from 1st may08 to 25th may 08 = 25 days + 14 days +39. but my handset was in service center more then 100 days, I told them to issue me new handset which u commited but they refuse to supply me handset they give me condition that first you give us in written that you dont want waiver then we issue handset.i told them this is unlawful better u issue handset and i enjoy your service and what the waiver dispute let court decied . what court order i accept that But they not agree.
i write more then 100 email to company from top to bottom but no answer.
