[Resolved]  Reliance Hello — too much bill, excess amount charge

Reliance Hello Telephone — Excess billing

Sir,
I bought a Reliance Wireless fixed terminal in 2003 (phone no.[protected]number changed to[protected] and some time in 2006/7 converted to Reliance Hello scheme by paying prescribed charges. Around January 2008, a charge for cricket dhanadhan pack was added- a service I had never requested or used through my WFT connection. I contacted their service centre in Nerul and requested reversal of additional charges levied and paid actual amount due. However reversal which was promised in the next bill as not done and further charges were added for the next month also. I again paid the actual amount due after deducting wrongly claimed charges. The bills continued to carry forward wrongly levied charges as outstanding amount and a couple of months ago another value added services charge was added to my bill though I had never asked for any such services beyond basic services subscribed to in Reliance Hello Package. Again phone calls and emails to company has evoked no response and this amount continued to be charged in last month and current months' bill also. I have however paid only the actual amount due after deducting bogus charges added in the bill.
I am frustrated and angry at the callous attitude of the company and lack of response to any communications from their side. Can somebody help?

Reliance Hello — Metal harassment & charging for unwanted service

Due to your distorted marketing strategy, caller tune been activated in my mobile no.[protected] without my wil & permission and thereby Rs.30/- talktime has been unilaterally deducted.

Further, your no.56300863 given for deactivating these packs is not working.
Pls confirm deactivation of pack from my cell number and also restoring Rs.30/- talktime back immediately.
i had a reliance phone [[protected]] which i terminated on 04-10-08 .i also surrendered my phone to reliance web world express in kondhwa.
i used to pay my bill through ecs thr my hdfc bank. even after disconnecting my phone connection bills were debited from my account for two more months.
i visited reliance outlet for more than 20 times for reversal of my bill but in vain.
i request you to look into the matter and solve my problem as soon as you can
