[Resolved]  Reliance India Mobile — Not Deactivating IPL message

We are trying to deactivate IPL score provided in our mobile they also deducted Rs. 5 Per Day when the IPL Match Starts.
We are trying from 18th of April 2010 to deactivate the service the customer care are misguiding us
they are not giving proper details to how to deactive today 22nd of april 2010 they give us a number to call to deactivate the service which is 56694555 but this no does to connects from our mobile we are very disappointed with the service the RIM is providing to us.
Please help regarding this issue
