Reliance Infocomm — Wrong Billing

I subscribed the advance rental plan paying 6 months rental in advance. However, my bill reflected that only a part of the regular monthly rental was discounted. After repeated attempts to get it rectified i was told to pay the wrong bill and that the refund will be reflected in the next bill cycle. Subsequently, the next bill showed no refunds and also had only part of that months rental discounted.
