[Resolved]  Reliance Infrastructure(Reliance Energy) — unauthorized bribe

As I holds the customer account number[protected] with Reliance Energy(Reliance Infrastructure) from past 28 years without any dispute till october-2010, except of a joking incident which is as follows:
1. A team of 5 persons named Mr. Mangesh Mahadeo chandorkar(Senior Executive) ,Mr. N.V Toraskar,Mr.N.V. Thorsale ,Mr.Ajit Bhandari, Mr.Rajan Sonawane came for an inspection wiped the meter and asked my employee Rs3000 as Bribe (chai paani) just because my employee is illeterate , if not paid by him they made a change in the wiring of my electric supply, took an image of that , they took a signature of my employee on inspection report
2.Inspite of owners detailed information including contact number , e-mail id they didnt informed me anything
3.they sent two letters addressed to me and letters sent in the name of my emlpoyee which I recd on 28.11.10 mentioned FINAL ASSESSMENT ORDER as you are agree to pay so I must visit to Mr. S.A.VIDE(assessing officer)
4.I visited Mr. VIDE stated everything and asked him everything he said if you may have paid what they were asking then you may not have to see me
5.these are the officers of so called Reliance Energy , as I m surprised to see without consent of me how anybody can touch anything which is in my property
6. Is it not a harrassment ?
7. I dont bear any right to get the information infront of me?several times it has been asked to them today , now they says dont have time for that
8.Is it not a cheating?
9.if you people really can do anything just do it now otherwise sell this country as its dangerous situation .
