[Resolved]  Reliance Infratel — Non payment of rent for Tower

Sir,
Reliance Infratel company Bangalore has installed a tower on 30X40 Sgft site which is on my name at K.R.Choukimath Mannikatti Oni, Near STO Guledgudd-587203, Tq Badami Dist Bagalkot. Cell.No.[protected] in the year 2008 with the lease agreement for 20 year with Rs 5000.00 rent per month and 20% raise in rent per 5 years.Accordingly the has been paid for one year. For the last one year they stopped the monthly rent.I have inquired the company many times the problem has not been solved.Kindly take my case against the said company asking them to shift the tower by paying the entire arrears as they have violated the agreement conditions.
