Reliance Infratel — Refrence to lease Payments Due

Dear Sir/Mam, This is with reference to leas payments due since more than quarter This mail is on behalf of Mr. Prabhakar Patel who is looking for clarification on below mentioned matter. This is to inform you that your company has installed her mobile tower equipment at my property situated at panewa panei maharajganj in 2007 and was getting lease for that quarterly basis regularly but he is not getting lease paid since February 2015 and when he checked with company's lucknow head pffice then got acknowledged that since tower is not in working state since last few months thus not getting lease amount for that. Since company's (Reliance infratel Ltd) tower equipment are still at his property and Mr. Prabhakar Patel and Reliance Infratel Ltd are in lease agreement of 15 years you can't stop paying lease in between without his consent.
