Hi All,

I made request to discontinue of my datacard service on 22-Jan-2008 but till date I am getting bill .Reason being I opted Reliance broadband.

Tel. No-[protected]
A/C No. [protected]

Request No Made on 22-Jan[protected]

Request No Made on 27-Jan-2008-UCS580204.

I paid all the bill also but now when I contact customercare they say pay Rs 849/- extra otherwise it will not be Terminated.

Often I get call from Reliance regarding the payment of bill and harressing me.

i want to know about the reliance data card billing & sceem todays time.

From yesterday I am facing problem of error 691. Not able to open mobile partner. Please suggest.

I was also facing same problem yesterday night, I was also not able to connect internet getting error 691.
I simply uninstalled driver and again installed and reconfigure device according to the instruction given in manual.
Now my device is working properly.

I am from Gurgaon and since yesterday my broadband+ is giving error code 691. Does anyone know the solution to this error code? I called up reliance customer service but they are helpless.

I am sanjay Gupta I am facing the same issue.I have made requset to disconnect my Reliance Data card connection because I was facing problem of connectivity.It got almost disconnected during the period when I was using it and paying also.same thing I told In reliance customer care even I sent my data card for the repairing but all was in vain.They did nothing except sending bill again and again.I said to them to disconnect my connection But they still demanding for bill that I have not used.

I am facing some problem with reliance data card It is mentioned below as:

first, I was using windows Vista-32 bit on my laptop and I was using reliance data card without any issue.
Due to much familiarity with windows Xp, I have installed windows XP (liscened version)on my Lenove T-61 laptop and all drivers also with the help of Lenovo technician.
After that I tried to install reliance data card.Intially, The device is detected by the system and I installed its driver but it is fail to connect because it not showing any signal in dialer box. same I told to reliance technician but problem remains after their help also.
Same data card is working fine with another loptop.

I have updated my windows also.But issue not resolved. All types of help will be appriciated.

I m facing lots of problem while accessing internet using your data card please send some one for installing the data card and how to use it effectively.............i have hardly been able to use it so i kindly request you to send some one immediately !!

actually i dont have any complaints..but i have a doubt...
will this mobile software works in windows 7 platform????
pls clear my doubt as soon as possible...

Reliance internet data card is not working on window 7. I am total disappoint with reliance services.
Window 7 did`t support reliance card, window 7 is faster but did`t support many softwares :( :( sadddd newsssss

Reliance is more interested in reminding for payment ahead of schedule and equally oblivious of its duty to render service to the customer(e.g.[protected] -MOBILE PARTNER DATACARD OF BHABANI PRASAD CHATTOPADHYAY)

The telecom and internet service of Reliance has deteriorated and it has been replaced by employee's urge for pressurizing customers to pay the bill ahead of schedule despite non- redressal of the grievances of the customers(e.g.Mobile partner data card no.[protected] of Bhabani Prasad Chattopadhyay).Reliance company now can afford the luxury of being oblivious of its duty towards its customers.BHABANI

I m facing lot of problems regarding to reliance HSD_Card ( model no . AC2726 ) & modem no. [protected].I purchased card on May 2010 from your sells men in our company.My card did not work from March 2011 first week & I go to reliance web world ( paradise, secunderabad ) on dated 07.03.11 & discuss problem with web world employee.He asked me you go to SAI MOBILES ( Shop no. 29, first floor, MG Road, Secunderbad, Ph –[protected].I go there & I paid 400 /- service charges for card repairing job no. 20086 bcause I missed my receipt.After repairing my card worked only 3days again I faced same problem.I discussed with reliance customer care[protected] on dtd. 25.04.11.He asked me your card is under warranty period so you go again reliance web world.As per his instruction I go again reliance web world & discuss with him but again he asked me you go another service centre.I m working in pvt. Organization so I have no time for this.So I request to customer care[protected] for service termination on dtd. 26.04.11, 04times.After my request he gave me termination no.[protected] & asked me you got message on your mobile but till time I did not get any message.



So I request u again please terminate my services & confirm through message to me on cell no. [protected].
