[Resolved]  Reliance Internet Data card — Reliance Anti-Customer Service

Hi,
Just wanted you to look into the ways how the Reliance Customer Service/Reliance Web World Services are cheating their Customers. You will get to know their unethical approach when you ask them to terminate or disconnect any of the their worse services.
From June07 I have been using Reliance Data Card which actually never gives stable and complete network. I live in the Center of the Bangalore City (Koramangala) where practically there should be no difficulty to catch the network/signal. But it never happened..! I always found that there was minimal (only 15-20%) of the actual required network and used to get disconnected very often(with in less than 4 mins)! By chance if it is connected also it takes more than 5 minutes to even open a simple site like yahoo home page.You can imagine the speed of the connection by now. I informed the issue to their Customer Service many a times...and i decided to terminate the connection on one fine day. Then some how i convinced the adamant Customer executive to initate the termination process. Finally i received the reference id 63464202 for Service termination (some time in the end of Feb08) and i was told that the connection will be disconnected there after. But it never happened. Again i called their Customer Support to find the reason. This time they told me the so called actual procedure to terminate the connection. They asked me to submit the Service Termination Request form with the existing termination id(with the same id i got on feb08) to Relaince Web World office. By then i unnecessarily paid their monthly bills. I had no option .. but to listen to them. so i did the same. I went to the nearest Reliance Web World office at Forum, Bangalore on 10thApr 08 and paid their outstanding monthly bill and submitted the Service Termination Request form to them. There i was able to see how irresnponisible were their front desk executives. The front desk executive had hardly any time for Customers. He was so unwilling to reply to the customers and almost was not their at his work station/desk. He was busy playing the Computer games and made every one to wait for several minutes. There was already a big queue waiting for this person to be back on his seat. So finally once he was back i submitted the form to him. After all this process.. he gave me the "Acknowlegment of Service Termination Request" and assured me that the Service will be disconneced within 1 weeks time..and also told me that i dont need to pay the monthly bill any more as i already paid the outstanding balance on that day.
But the story never got over till date...! The Service is still kept active.. and i keep getting their monthly bills. I called up to their Customer care *333 and informed many a times..Every time they assured me that they will get back to me and will soon initiate the service termination process. I also sent a detailed mail to their Customer compliants email id [protected]@relianceada.com. I neither received any response nor an auto-reply atleast. Fed up of receiving their monthly bills... today (1st June08) i called up their Customer Support, I shocked to know that the Termination Request Form i submitted to the Reliance Web World was never considered and they are still continuing the services. The Customer executive was so rude and insulting in his words. When i questioned him about the monthly bills i'm receiving... he got very rude and spoke like a gunda! I was informed that the termination refernce id i received on Feb08 was not valid any more as it was too late by the date when i submitted my Termination request form on Apr08. Also he told me that i need to pay all the outstanding bills from Apr08 and the connection will not be terminated until i pay it.

Now it looks like Reliance doesnt want us to terminate their services and wants us to forcefully pay their monthly bills no matter whether we are using their sick services or not. Inspite of so many requests to discontinue their services..Reliance is successful in giving me false excuses and blaming me for not paying the bills. I'm wondering is there any one to question their unethical business practices and Anti-customer approach.

Consequences: People have to go through a cycle of humiliations and frustrations... wasting their time, effort, money and peace of mind. No one listens to our complaints...! Looks like there is long way to go for me to get this issue resolved at the cost of my time and patience.

I am using Reliance data connection since 2 months, from Reliance communucation Basaveshwaranagr Bangalore after taking confirmation from the Reliance Customer Service/Reliance Web World Services they have cheated me that this system will be working all over india But when i went to Assam (North east) it stopped working there and I was out of link for several days until i reached Bangalore. I have also tried to connect customer service several time (Ms. Lakshmi in bangalore Tel-[protected]/[protected] MrAshish Kumar Mob-[protected]) they behave very badly and not given proper responce to me. it is one of the company i have seen and all the people including owner is too they know how to cheat other.

I have taken a postpaid connection of Reliance Communications in July2008, But due some problem I want close this connection in Oct 2008 .But company Executive Mr.Rahul Dubey([protected]) convert Into prepaid and taken 299rs cash .I call him again and again but he is not responsing ang still my Net is not working .
Because of my Tours&Travels Business I taken BSNL connection .
Please help so that Reliance company give back my money .
Your connection is good But ur executive, s are not show good Image in Market.

Performance of Reliance Data card is not satisfactyory in any time including north east india.
I have more serious problems my internet was not working since last week of sept'08 and after repeated complaintes they failed so any response, only answer i was getting it will be done in 3 hrs. but nothing happnened till november 22nd and finally i got it disconnect on 23rd of november and the shocking thing is that still i am getting that monthly bill which was agreed when i was a customer and latest is the bill dtd. 22nd march they came to my to deliever yesterday.

DO YOU KNOW THIS AMBANI'S ARE GIFTING JUMBO'S AND YATCHTS TO THEIR WIVES AND BECOMING PART OF FORBES LIST OF RICHES.

Reliance Data Card — Service for existing customers.

Hi,

I am an existing customer of Reliance Data Card. All companies when come up with new options give its existing customers some special benefits.

Now, reliance has come up with new data card with 3.1 mb speed and it has no options for its existing customers.

this is manish and i am using reliance data connection ([protected]) from Jan 2009 and paying my bills on time but from last 25th June my data card is not working so i thought that might be my payment is due so they cut my services therefore try to log in to pay my bill but now my pasword is coming invalid.
Mailed to customer care also and tried to call them also but today is 8th July and did not got any satisfying answer from them. Not able to understand what is the problem exectly and why they are so mean. This is customer orianted business and if this is their attitude then what action we can take against them.

i am redhey shyam sharma. my data card number [protected]. my reliance net connect after 5 to 10 mnts 1 time automatically dis connect.and after disconnected show the message Error1722: The rpc server is unavailable.
Please give me a solution to my problem.

i was using reliance GSM. i had rcharged by E.C for rs 27 for netconnect my connection will automaticall be disconnected every 2 minutes when i call to cus care they replied it will be ok in 2 days or some silly answers how to use it
have bought reliance Data Card net connection Broadband USB Modem, since it was not working, and amount /charges already have been paid at borivali branch and given assurance that within 3 hrs you will receive activated new no. but nobody made contact to us regarding same. Kindly assist us now we are totally helpless whom we should make contact.

reliance people only know to make money without even providing good service.Moreover their customer executives are rude.They'll never tell you the detailed procedure of doing anything.Even while making sale of their products there will be a lot of hidden activation charges & procedures to go about things which they will disclose only after you almost realise u've been cheated by their worthless service.
in short RELIANCE SUCKS!!!
