Dear Sir,

I got the connection for Relience landline Phone one week before, after getting this connection next day my phone is not working so, i informed the costomer representative Mr. Khyshik vyas, he infomed me that phone will start on the same day but it was not started so, i called higher authority then my phone is started and on the next day i was disconnect. so, i again called to high authority they infromed me that fault is from the main line so, i need to call at Relience landline coustemor care, i called and infrome them. They replied that your phone will start in next 48 hours, on the next day phone was started and in the afternoon it was again disconnect. i called to again Mr. khyshik vyas but he has no manner to talk with their coustmor. please note my complient againt it. I wants to disconent the line and i need my deposite back.

I HAD APPLIED FOR THE PHONE ON 8 TH JUNE BUT STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PHONE. THE SALES EXECUTIVE MR DHARMESH WHOSE NO IS [protected], [protected] DOES NOT PICK UP MY PHONE ALSO . HE ALLOTTED THE NO TO ME ALSO I.E [protected] UNDER THE NAME OF RITESH I SONI.
