[Resolved] Reliance Life Insurance — policy premium cheque paid & cleared but still not updated in my policy status | |||
I had taken the Reliance Golden yr Plant on Jan 2008 for myself, this was the first time I was buying any ULIP plan & not aware of there terms & condition , i had paid only 1 premium at the time of purchasing this policy. Since than i have not paid any premium, after recieving calls from there staff I paid my 2nd premium cheque of Rs 20000 on 23Sep10 to their executive who collected the same from my residence. The Cheque got cleared from my account on 29/09/2010 but till date I have not reced any Unit against this 2nd premium, I spoke to their customer care they said, there is no payment update of 2nd premium & further when i was trying to talk to the person who collected the cheque, he once prmoised to resolve my issue but now he is not taking any of my calls. I surely don't know where my money goes... When my cheque got cleared than why I have not recd any update of that.... Regarding the same i wrote my complaint to their email id RLIFE.[protected]@relianceada.com but don't know how long they also take this issue to resolve... I am being cheated by this company representative who mis-commited that I will get the update statement of this premium wihin Week time...& Now don't bother to tell the exact situtation...
