Reliance life — Complaint for cheating, Policy# of 70326716

We have taken the Reliance Life Insurance Policy on June 06, 2009, policy# of 70326716, from Baroda Branch Office (Vasna Road), Gujarat. There was a call from this office many times, stating that “Your number has been selected and so please collect your gift from our office, for which you have to attend a small 45-minute session.” After going there, we had a 1-hour-45-minute session with Mr. Azhar Alam Khan (advisor code#[protected] in which he explained us about this insurance plan and also told that you will be getting the gift. Forcing again and again by lowering the premium to Rs. 10,000 from 1 Lakh per year, which was somewhat affordable to us, so we have taken this policy but yet now, we had not received any gift from there. So what does it means? Making people fool by calling and promising to give gift, then not giving anything. They too have cheated many people like this. We had a talk with a customer care executive and told about this, so they told that there is no such scheme available from the company (Interaction ID# [protected]).

We do not want to continue with this policy of Reliance Life Insurance, so please return our money back of Rs. 5000 with interest. We are now not interested to continue with this cheated company. Want this issue to be sorted as early as possible.
