Dear sir, i have online purchase reliance general insurance medical policy but passed 15 days no any document received my postel address i have email 3-4 times but not proper responed below message given by complainer. Mediclaim — Procedure for duplicate Cashless card
Dear Gentlemen, .I am medicalim policy holder of the insurance co. I hv lost my cash less card.

I agree with you. I also took a mediclaim policy.Though i got a kit.but not mentioning any name any where on the Kit / Documents. I do not get any letter showing the names of the insured/ covered persons under the mediclaim policy as the policy is a family flotter. My policy no. is[protected].

I agree with you. I also took a mediclaim policy. I have given the cheque in the name of Reliance general Insurance of Rs. 5700/- for Family Flotter policy a sum insured amount of Rs. 500000/. The cheque was cleared from my account on 13th March, 2009. But till date a donot get any letter any information from company side. I do not get any kit or any policy no. etc.

I have taken policy number[protected]Reliance healthwise policy) since more than a year. I was recently hospitalised in Globe Medicare Hospital ( a listed hospital in Lucknow) in ICU. When I claim for cashless facility the hospital denied their tie up with Reliance and further added that since there is dispute between the two, they will not entertain the cashless facility. When contacted at toll free number and at[protected] there was no registration of our complaint and no registration/ complaint no. We were directed to the agent Mr. Raghav at Lucknow (mobile no- [protected]) by Reliance where we received the same reply.
Please tell as to how should I now settle my dues of appx Rs. 25, 000/- and why a complaint against the company should not be filed in the consumer court? This is a cheating with the consumer during the time when you need insurance the most?

[protected]. but i can't get any orginal documnet. please give the original doc. my policy value 3745 . Please rectify it other wise serious action should be taken.

Reliance mediclaim policy — non-acceptance of mediclaim premium.
my mediclaim master policy no. [protected].the premium is due on 29/11/2009.
i visited reliance general insurance A1/172 JANAK PURI NEW DELHI on 9/11/2009 & 14/11/2009 for payment of premium but the branch refused to accept the same with the remarks that my policy is under PNB AROGYA SHREE & the same is discontinued by the company .
I requested them to accept the premium as i have taken the policy from the reliance about 3 years back and as a customer i am not concerned.You may RENEW the same under some other mediclaim policy but they were not ready to renew the same.
When i wanted to talk to there manager, they said that he is not there on both the occasions.
When i asked them either to accept or give in writting , but they refused to do either.Luckily i got the branch manager Mr.Sachin Sehgal's phn no. i contacted him over the telephn on 14/11/2009 and he assured me that he will look into the matter and soon reply, but till date nothing has been done.
Even he is not attending the phn call.
I am a reliance policy holder my policy no is[protected].branch code no.1304.i am having policywith ABNAMRO BANK, since[protected] to[protected]. Then ther was a call on[protected], from operater that your policy will lapse the operater, i told him to renew for one year, he calcullated the amount monthly i lhave to pay Rs.555-00.and he told me that i will receive the document with in 15 days, ABNAMRO Bank has send the statement to pay Rs.555-47 as FINANCE CHARGE-RETAIL and i have to pay before[protected].I have not received any document neither there is a call from any body that we have dispatched the policy and no body is receiving call .please tell me what to do, I think i have waist my money in this policy.Ther are many insurance policy, if i do not get my document i will send letter to the consumer court.
I open a policy in your insurance company through Right Choice branch at Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh @ Rs. 25000/- annually.As assure by Right choice centre branch Arunachal Pradesh that they wil issue cheque amount monthly wise but till date I have not received any cheque.As such though I receive a document from your end I became dauth of your document also. MY IC policy holder is 04139032 & ID life Assured is 04139032 so, may kindly confirm whether said is registred in your company or not ?

i m policy holder with policy no[protected].
My policy was suppose to be renewed on 22-08-08.
I had sent my cheque on 5-08-08 & its primium amount was taken from my account.But so far i have not received any message whether my policy has been renewed or not inspite of my repeated reminders.
u r requested to look into the matter.
