Reliance Mobile CDMA — Online Payment not Reflecting

Sir,

I am using reliance CDMA Mobile since last 6 months. My Bill was generated on 22nd September of Rs. 1734.92 and Due date is 10th October. I got call from Reliance that your credit limit is 1500 so you make an interim payment immediately to enjoy services. While I was in Navsari (Gujarat) on 3rd October I made online payment from the website myservices.relianceada.com using ICICI Netbanking option at 9.30 am and same is reflecting in my ICICI Bank Statement. At around 11.00 am on 3rd October 2009 they barred by outgoing services and as i was on roaming my Incoming services where automatically inactive. After long fight with call center Floor Supervisor from LOCAL no my services were activated stating we have option of promisory note and please see to it that you make payment within 24 hours. When asked why my payment is not reflecting I was answered it takes minimum 24 hours to maximum 48 hours. As per my knowledge payments status is immediately updated within fraction of seconds as my account was debited immediately and even my Account shows the Mobile no provided by reliance. On 4th October when I check my reliance account it was not reflecting so I again called up the call center. I got a response that 48 hours are still not completed so please wait till 48 hours. Then again on 5th Morning i called up they said it will be updated soon. And on 6th October morning they again barred my out going services saying it is again not reflecting. When again provided with all the details they said it will take 48 hours to check till that your services will not resume. Because of their software problem I am suffering business loss as well as bad fame. If my services are not activated by 6th October night I will take this case to court and ask for business loss.
