reliance mobile connection — cut extra money

I have reliance connection mobile last one year, last two month cmpany cut extra money for cricket score (5 rs. per day) without any information,
i called custmore care, but no any responce from reliance mobile custmore care side,
please remborse my money from reliance mobile side
