Reliance Mobile GSM Service — Network problem from 6 p.m to 11pm

Sir,
During evening everyday from 6 p.m to 11 p.m, it is difficult to connect from mobile using Reliance GSM service. It neither connects to mobiles in its own network or other networks. You may dial a connection several times, but there is no connection, even the connection is cut off before going to the calling mode. Complaints with [protected] have not improved the position. Instead of solving the problem, they irritate you by asking meaning less questions like is there any land mark, what is type and model of your mobile, etc. This is really defficiency of service on the part of Reliance Communication. Could you please provide andy advise / help /support in this respect.

my reliance gsm no is [protected]. on this no on 18/5/2009 rs 30 has been deducted for love tip pack for 30 days. sir i have not activated it but my balance has been deducted . on the message it was wrtten that ihave activated earlier but ihave not activated. sir please return my deducted balance.

Reliance Mobile GSM Service — DEDUCTION IN MY MOBILE BALANCE WITHOUT ANY NOTICE

I am complaining 2nd time for the same reason.On 6th july 2011 about Rs.30 were deduced from my mobile balance. This happens oftenly and all the time RELIANCE Customer Care give the same reason that it was due to a service activated on your mobile. They used to activate any service on my mobile and then they charge for that.Its second time I am submitting my complain here.
Kindly look into this matter and solve my problem .

I am using Reliance GSM prepaid sim.

often my balance getting deducted without any reason.

yetserday only I recharged for Rs.200. I havent make a single call.but Rs.50 got cut from my balance.

It is happening frequently. If i simply attend relaince calls about some service offers also, moneyis getting cut as per the offer without activating the service.

But how do I know that which is personal call and which is simple call for reliance offers.

If i try customer care they are charging Rs.3.00 for each call

I want my money back atleast for this time. what I need to do?

no...I didnt get any foreign calls for any prize... all numbers are from india..

And calls were related to some caller tunes, special offers, etc.

I dont know why they dedected money... sometimes without any calls also, money is getting cut without any reason

Thanks to their consumer care no 198... after a 8 minute discussion I have got my money refunded with an apology.
