[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile GSM Service — Have not give me the information regarding my Mobile no.

Me Danish Nazeer would like to inform you that I have purchased a new reliance GSM Sim on dated 17/01/2010 which RSM No[protected] and MDN No [protected] connection from one of the dealer at new Delhi for most necessary purpose whenever my connection was started i want to know about my tariff plan so for that i made a call to the reliance customer care Exe with Mr. Ankush Lamba and Ms. Shweta regarding my tariff and current plan & validity then they reply me very rudely that your mobile no has been already terminated before. So they said that I can't give you any information regarding this. If this number is terminated then why these numbers are being sold in the market and creating inconvenience to the people. This is the fully illegal way of reliance communication for greeding money from the people and why are these number being recharged when they are terminated these numbers. So why are they being sold in market. This is for kind notice to Delhi Government take necessary action against the organization according to the tri rules.

Reliance Mobile — incoming call deactivated

respected sir,


i have an pre-paid no. [protected], as on 25 april 2008 i have recharge the life time validity, but after that incoming call of my set is not activated only msg are come all facilities are closed.
ur customer care behave not properly, i have written complaints two three times but they give not any respone, ur pre-paid executives also not give any response.
we are ur reputed customer many of other reliance connections with us, for ur service i am not satisfied, i[censored] not take any action
pls closed our all accounts not only pre-paid but our post paid connections also.
i[censored] call me my subsitute no. is [protected].

Reliance Mobile GSM Service — Outgoing and Incoming Calls deactivate

I was Purchased a GSM Pre paid Sim card of Reliance Smart from one of my local mobile shop (Phone Number :- [protected] ), on the time of purchasing I was submitted my Voter ID card and post card size photo, but after few days (around one and half month ) they deactivated my incoming and out going call (date 27/05/09), when I called customer care and asked why, they replied, we don't have your documents, so resubmit your documents again.Once again I was submitd my documents one of my Local mobile store, from where I recharge my mobile every month, and 1st May 2009, document collector collect this document from this shop for submit this document to Reliance, also, I have one reliance CDMA connection, one Reliance Broadband connection but I never face this kind of problem in my past. still now I am unable to use this sim card, even I can not call to reliance customer care from my mobile, I was asked to customer care, to send an representative to my home to collect this documents, but they denied my proposal. for any further detail please fell free to email. I've been going through a similar problem. I submitted all my documents in order to secure a post-paid connection and the guy came for verification. He rejected my application on the basis that I DID NOT HAVE A COPY OF THE APPLICATION FORM!

When the original application form is lying with them, why on earth would I need to give them a copy again? What sort of a lame rule is this?

Reliance Mobile GSM Service — false information

i took a new postpaid no of reliance mobile. i was informed that i wll be charged rs 199 monthly rental out of which i wll get minutes 400 worth of local calls free every month. call rates for local would be 30 paise and 60 paise for STD. i paid rs 550 for the connection, but after 2 days i receive a call fro their customer care and i get the information that i wll not get any free worth of call ie 400 minutes call. and also call rates were 30 paise and 1.5 rs, contradicting with the commitments which was made earlier. now i am nowhere and fighting to get my money back.pls advice me what is the best way to get justice to my case.

Reliance Mobile - GSM Service — Complaint regarding bad service of Reliance GSM

Respected Sir / Madam,

My father, Mr. Chandrakant M. Gudhka ownes a GSM card of Reliance (Number :[protected]. It is a pre-paid service. we are facing a problem since last few days regarding bad service from their side. Since last 2 to 3 times they are deducting Rs. 30 every month from my father's account for caller tune charges but we have not activated any such service & we have also send SMS to un-subscribe such service but the amount is still getting deducted this time also.

On being called to them, they say that call after some time as our system is down. This message they are giving me since last 2 times. I mean this is very rude from their side. There is always a system for activation of Caller tune service. If we have not sent any such SMS to activate caller tune then why it is being activated every month and unnecessary deducting Rs. 30 every month?

I want you to take some action against them as soon as possible. Thanking You. Kindly revert back soon regarding the same.
