[Resolved] Reliance Mobile Postpaid — bill not received - Complaint no[protected] | |||
Dear Sir, I have being using reliance post paid CDMA phone since last 6 months and i was paying the bills within time lines though i was not getting the bills on my correct mail id. Due to unknown reasons i have even not received the SMS to pay the bill for previous month. Hence i was not able to pay within time lines. After giving call to call center Speaking with Mr Prashant ( Floor Manager ) he was saying your mail id is correctly captured as [protected]@hotmailmail.com but my mail id is [protected]@hotmail.com. HE accepted that he have never seen mail id of hotmailmail.com After, requesting him for reversal of late payment fees he is not accepting the companies fault.
