[Resolved] Reliance Mobile (Prepaid) — UNLAWFUL DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT FROM TALKTIME | |
Sir, I am having a Prepaid connection ([protected]). And I am using life time validity plan. I do not use any add on service / Value added service or R-World or I have not subscribed to any additional service like caller tone etc.. In spite of not using any additional service I have observed that my talk time is reduced / deducted frequently. In this regard I tried to lodge a complaint at *369 and *333 but my problem could not be solved. I hereby submit my complaint that : 1) All the amount / talktime deducted without any reason may be added to my balance. 2) All the additional / value added services if any is running on my number may be discontinued with immidiate effect. 3) Do not charge / deduct amt without any reason. sir i have a prepaid connection and before a month i m using your facilities o[censored]nlimited rim to rim free . but due to some work i have to on roaming n since i didn't recharge it on time now this service is not allowing to me . i have a lot of call rim soo please could you tell other service which is quite similar to my previous services.

i have recharged my prepaind mobile for rupees of 201, dated[protected] through my citi card. actually before recharched my phone i have seen advertisement of reliance site to get full talk time to be paid of mentioned rupees(201).
But i got only rupees of 183 in my reliance mobile, I want my extra charge returne by reliance service.

Reliance India Mobile — Unlawful deduction of balance
A sum of Rs. 15.00 has been deducted from my account balance after they have put through a silly ringtone to my mobile ( no.[protected]) at 08.47 am on 04/08/2009 and even refused to register my complain also by saying that it only has been done by me. This is a kind of cheating the consumers and by this way that ambani brothers are getting so much rich I think. I have not downloaded the said ringtone myself neither anybody on my behalf but they are continuously saying that It is not possible for them to put any thing at the customer's phone. Now who will judge and determine the responsibility for the mishap occured? It is evident that it is the destiny of the poor helpless people like me to get cheated by this big co.s and ther is nobody from whom I may get the justice. I have sent an email to the consumer forum but yet not replied. It is really painful to believe that a dhirubhai ambani gr. of co. is now adopting such dirty ways to decieve their bonafide customers.G.S.Saha.

i am samarpit srivastava my calling no is [protected] raebareli .10 rs. has been deducted from my account balance illegally on dated 01.09.10 . it has been happened some more time before i am very tired reliaince prepaid connection & i am getting unwanted calls daily from reliance five times in a day .today01.09.10 i have recharged of 15 rs cdma . now my current balance is 1.28 rs only .unwanted servecis has been activated through the sms .when i have called to customer *333 call has been rejected 10 times customer care did n't give any response . very-very bad service is provided by reliance .
Reliance Mobile — UNAUTHORISED / FORCEFUL DEDUCTION OF BALANCE FROM MY ACCOUNT
I have been using RELIANCE mobile connection in Delhi for last two years. The company has deducted forcefully balance from my balance account two times without my knowledge or consent. They activated AltVAudTalkies pack on my mobile which I never listen about. I never opted for is nor used. In spite repeated reminder and request to customer care no. and email to customer care services. The company maliciously deducted from my account and is not reverting the amount.Rakesh Arora
