[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile (Prepaid) — Unsatisfactory Service

This is utter non-sense..5 days ago I had filed a complaint (COMPLAINT NO.[protected] o[censored]nnecessary amount charged for VAS USSD Services Rs. 3...which was entertained..and an amount of rs. 6 was refunded to my number (+91 [protected]) but, today(7/5/13) again..an amount of rs.3 for VAS USSD was charged...for no reason..this type of careless response is not acceptable at all...and has made me very upset..i want reliance to resolve the matter as early as possible...or else..i will be compelled to switch to another network..!!

Reliance Mobile — Unsatisfactory response from the Customer Care.

When I called up the Customer Care for the deductions that have been made in my account, the response was very poor and unsatisfactory and the way the spoke/ replied showed that they were not interested in entertaining such complaints (because they put me on hold as long as possible and disconnected the line).

Whenever I called up the Customer Care, each of the representative gave me different reason for the same.

I want to convert my post paid connection to prepaid connection in Reliance service,but iI had already went to 2 reliance stores to help me about this,but they are saying that,they will not convert it and also saying that,"They will not do this till one month."
So.pls. kindly help me in solving out this.

Dear Sir/Ma'm,
I, Narender Kumar, has been a long time customer of Reliance CDMA ([protected]). I also use Airtel Prepaid that I have ported from Idea Cellular Prepaid ([protected]). My MNP Code is "AD399374".
Now when I reached to Reliance Mobile World (Uttam nagar) on 24th Feb, 2011 to port my Airtel Prepaid to Reliance Prepaid (GSM), they asked me to pay 65/- Rs. inspite of TRAI has finalised 19/- Rs, for MNP and also the executive said it will take 15 days to be ported in Reliance instead of 7 Days. When I asked about 65/- Rs, I got some unsatisfactory answer like some tariff and validity related issues. I would like to be called by some authorised Reliance executive to let me know the exact process and I also would like to know how come an Indian Telecome company is not following the same TRAI rules that a Non-indian company is following properly.
As per your consolation, I waited for your response but still there's not been any result of my grievance. Please sort this out asap.

sir i am very disappointed to tell u that your departement is not working properly n they think that we are fools taking to them and want to clear the problems we are facing.
sir my landline connection named on mr rajnesh agarwal phno.[protected] is not working properly since a month.i have been complaning for d same since a long time but no action is beem taken for that.my handset is also making problem in working.my lataest complaint number is[protected]. and your staff members dnt have manners that how they sholud talk to their coustomers so kindly take a strict action against that and resolve my problem as sson as posible.
