Reliance Mobiles — CUG facility issue | |
sorry ignore eralier there is some mistake by me of yrs. we are using two reliance phones nos [protected],[protected] since 2 ND half year and that time they provide us CUG facility free of cost on 10-15 nos.which they stop without any information from Nov,2008.and today i called to CCE*222 (so many prsns pick call-)so they said once we got request to deactivated thsi service and then said u dnt have any CUG facilities,and we have bills also which have facilty showing till october,2008.when i said to transfer call to senior so then he also dnt transfer my call.when somone trnsfr call to jai(sr.)he also blaming us for all these. actully we r busy in our business without checking bills we paid our bill.that time we chaecked all call details so we came to knw which is fwded me by khushbu free of cost to resolve my issue of revert back us asap Was this information helpful? | |

Few days ago i m purchase reliance gsm conection No [protected] sunny kumar on[protected] I dont know wats problem going on in jammu reason 17 days, this too much & Every reliance service provider did not take any type of action I think this is shameless service i[censored] r doing solves the customer problem plz solve my problem as soon as possible ...its personaaly request
