Reliance Net Connect — Replacement of net connect had not done and there is no response from customer care also.

one day my reliance net connection was not working and then i had given it to ZTE services, they told that i will receive the new one . after 14 days i got it but again it was not working and i went to ZTE services. They told that there is a fault in the replaced one also and blamed me that i had damaged it and they told that they won't replace the new one or repaired it .
