Reliance Net Connect — WHY BILL IS SENT FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED. | |
My name is M K Sanyal and am a Sr citizen. I have taken a post paid RELIANCE NET CONNECT MDN- [protected] vide relationship no: [protected], Tariff Plan Name: RNJ149DATA and Product Type –MG880, RSN-R2TCDC[protected] at Jamshedpur by paying Rs 2820/- on 18/03/2009. The speed was slow but what is more important that on 13/04, the data card gave trouble. I contacted Mr Pani (M No [protected]) on 14/04/2009, who advised me to return the same. This was returned on 14/04/2009 as advised. For almost a fortnight, I suffered before I was given a “temp” on 28/04/2009 by Mr Pani.The “temp” data card was returned on 14/05/2009 and a replacement was received from the service center on 15/05/2009. This data card again gave trouble /problem on 23/05/2009.I contacted Mr Pramod ( M No [protected]) but that day, being a SATURDAY, no action could be taken, as informed by him. Since then, I have been constant touch with Mr Pani/Mr Pramod on MONDAY/TUESDAY again and initially advised me to return the same data card to the Service Center once again, which I do not agree, since every time it is taxing on me. Being a Sr Citizen, I would like to be in touch thru e mail and also use internet facilities but my first impression following my taking RELIANCE NET CONNECT has been very bad. In fact, to get the services of someone at home who knows this subject of data card, modem, internet etc every time and to find out the nature of the problem, is very taxing on my part from all counts. Accordingly, I have no option and have decided to surrender the same, as agreed by Mr Pani//Mr Pramod finally, since I cannot keep on handling such problems repeatedly again & again. As is also evident, on date, I have already lost 20 days on account of the trouble out of 2 month “free” facility of no fault of mine. This data card is definitely a liability and hence it is being returned to you with a request to refund the money I have paid. Thanking you, (M K Sanyal) Mobile No>. [protected], Jamshedpur.
