I am using reliance net connect + data card number 9388279157. I am using 8GB day and 15 GB night plan for Rs.500. according this plan they guaranteed me 8GB usage during the day time , that is 6am to 10pm. On their website it is displayed that i have consumed only 7.511 GB data uasge and was over .after wards using it charged 50 ps per MB ,but while contacting consumer care they told me that i had consumed the 8GB. i am getting a speed of 1MB/MIN,which is guaranteed by 256kbps. i am totally frustrated and dissatisfied by this. i have noticed that history shown in reliance net connect+ dialog box history it is shown that i haven't used even 6GB data. i am fed up with this difference and calculation system.
