Reliance Net Connect — harrassment through bills | |||
I bought Reliance netconnect broadband+ on 24th March. I took a plan of Rs. 1049. My download limit was 13 GBs. In case I exceed the data download, I'll be charged 50 paise per MB on the extra download. My total credit limit was Rs.2900 beyond which they would cut my connection unless I make a payment. The first 15 days bill was ok. After that I was to be billed from 11th March to 11th April. I downloaded 13.3GBs by April 2 (instead of april 11). I checked this when I logged into my account on myservices.relianceada.com. They cut my connection on April 2. I had downloaded 300 MBs extra than allowed. I was to be charged 50 paise per mb for this 350 Mb which is equal to 150 Rs. But they charged me more than 3500 Rs. Then they said-pay us Rs 2000 now if you want service to be restored and pay the rest when your bill is generated on april 11. I told them give me proof how you calculated this amount. Then a day later they asked me to pay 4000 Rs! I asked them how they calculated the bill to reach 4000. They said they can't explain me how they calculated. But that if I want the conection restored, I just go and pay the money at the outlet. I asked them what about the credit limit of 2900 rs. They told me the limit varies from person to person! Whats the fun in having a credit limit if it has to vary? Now I have just logged into my acount on myservices.relianceada.com. There I have received a message stating that I need to pay 5000 Rs. In 5000 rs amount I would have enjoyed internet for 5 months! Its just going on increasing even when I am siting without an internet connection for past ten days. Was this information helpful? | |||
