Reliance Netconnect — Bill sent after disconnection | |||
I had reliance Net-Connect postpaid connection which was disconnected upon my request. Subscriber Number [protected] I disconnected my netconnect connection vid request number[protected] DATED:08/08/11 Served by VERSHA BHATIA. Thereafter I was sent a bill in which charges were post disconnection date. I should not be charged post disconnection. Kindly revert back the wrong charges post disconnection and close the account. There is no response from customer care and appellate officer. I have paid the amount and there is no confirmation from your side despite of several reminders. Before paying due amount, I was contacted frequently, but once I made the payment Rcom is not even bother to send confirmation. Kindly resolve it ASAP.

hi, bansalvb i also have this problem they sent lawyer notice for it.
but i wouldnot pay it. why i pay. i already closed that account and
they gave reguest number. i paid last payment.but still i got bill.
