[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect Broadband — Lost 18 GB of data (Rs.3000) | |||
Hi, I am a Reliance Net connect user.On October 15 2011, i have recharged 3000 (18 GB) my data card and it valid for 6 months (January18 2011). After two days of my usage on October 17, 2011 my total balance (around 17 GB) data deducted from my account balance. I lodged a complain in customer care and Nodal office of Reliance. It has been 55 days they are responding to my complaint. I am calling regulary to the Nodal office but they always says we have escalated to this to our Technical department. It will be resolved in next 48 hours.But after 55 days also it didn't resoloved. I lost my 3000 rupees data. Please help in taking some proper action.
