Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — Internet connection suspended wrongly

Hi,
I bought Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ datacard on last month. Connection was activated and after sometime I got a verification call. I informed that you guys have wrongly updated my communication address and please correct it. Then they immediatly suspended the connection asking to resubmit address proof document. I took all the pain and resubmitted the address proof on 2-Aug-2011 to Reliance Communications Store, Franchise - Bhavish Global, Bank Colony, Bangalore. Mail - bhavishglobal.[protected]@gmail.com, ph[protected], 26696746. But the connection is still not active.

My concerns are
1) The connection is suspended and the mistake done by one of the Reliance agent.
2) I am not having internet connection for more than a week now.

I am tired following with Reliance and please suggest what to be done.

Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — Reliance Broadband - No Connectivity or very Slow Data rates

I am using the Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ from a year now. The connection was taken in Hyderabad ad then i moved to Bangalore. From the past several months, say form Jan 2011 to August 2011, the speeds on this so called 3G connection has been pathetic to as low as 10kbps when the TRAI has ordered that the speeds for broadband should be above 256kbps. Since mine is a 3G connection over CDMA, i was expecting at least 500kbps so that i can use the connection to check my emails and use Google Talk to some extent. Since Reliance has proved to provide me with Poor Quality of service like 10kbps data rate on a 3G connection, both of this is not possible since Google email and chat service cannot work on so low speeds.
My complaint has been overlooked for several months now, stating that the customer density in my area is grown and so on, which is not my problem, but reliance has the liability to put more towers to provide the customer base with good quality service at least for valuable packages they have give to customers. My connection terms are for 10Gbps per month and monthly Rs 900/- + taxes. My Reliance data card number is [protected] and the complaint number is[protected].
Since I am paying this amount irrespective of their service until Aug 2011, they are showing more and more reluctance to resolve the issue in their hand. So i have decided not to pay anymore and have asked them to disconnect and free me form their pathetic service quality. They are now not providing any confirmation on disconnection and also charging me on the minimum rental for all the months of no service as well as no promise of quality service too.
I have decided to write this email after over 20 email conversations since i do not want to talk to their untrained customer care professionals and also not going to pay any charges here forth to reliance with respect to their services.
More over, since I have been mentioning the poor service quality for a while and they are reluctant to provide me with the logs related to the same form their end, since i cannot make logs at home for their services, i assume the only way to get maximum value for my money is to not to pay anymore. So If Reliance is listening, i appreciate they would take notice of this and work with their customers effectively.
