[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect Broadband + — Deactivation of the data card | |||
Hi, i would like to complain about the services of RELIANCE Netconnect Broadband +. i received an in correct bill mentioning the incoorect monthly rental, i asked the reliance team and customer care (ila) to send me the correct bill but they didn't listen and continiously send me the incorrect bills for 2 months, when i complained again in the month of june to correct the bill, they asked me to first pay the bill for 2 months and de activated the card from 17th june onwards. they (customer care-Ila) asked me to pay the bill (inccorect amount) first then only they'll correct the bill and only after that they'll activate my card. i purchased a relieance netconnect broadband + data card (number - [protected] and RSN - RZTCDC[protected] in the month of Feb'10 through "vriti infotech". sales representative "Shikha Tyagi or vriti infotech" helped me to select monthly rental plan of rs. 1050 per month which includes a discount of rs. 200/- in monthly rental on per month for 12 months, so the net monthly rental proposed was rs.850.00 per month for next 12 months. But i received a bill of rs. 1050.00 per month for 2-3 months, which i asked (twice) to correct the bills to the various team of Reliance, who contacted me for the payment. i informed them to correct the bills and they gave me false commitments to correct the bill and activate my card. my data card in not working since 17th of june, i complained to customer care too but they also deceived me and not helped me at all, they also mis-behaved and were very arrogant (name-ILA). i have already invested rs. 3500.00 for purchasing the card. I am facing a lot of problem as it is not working and the whole purpose of purchasing is defeated. Reliance people are very reluctant in this matter. Please help me. Reliance Broadband — Poor service and deactivation
Scam or bad joke???Well bought this so called Reliance netconnect broadband+ which promises 3.1Mbps out of which the actual speed is 30-50kbps. And now you don't even get service coz they said your service is disconnected due to some verification issues and that you need to submit the docs again to the vendor to get the service re-activated. I doubt if it'll work because I have submitted the docs twice. What would that do? Are they trying to trash me by giving me a run around? Well I've had it... Make sure they provide what they promise in the future so they don't get their customers aggravated.
PS: Atleast give me a refund for the data card as the service don't help me.

Reliance Broadband Data Card — Deactivation of services
I purchased reliance broadband data card bearing MDN No.[protected] around two weeks back.For first two days the device worked properly and thereafter same had been disconnected.On inquiring i was informed that address verification was pending.Address verification is not customers problem.The plan for my connection is postpaid one and the bill will be charged to me irrespective of the continuity of the services.Is there anybody who can stop my billing like they stopped my broadband services.The only option left with me is to go to Consumer Court and get the issue sorted out.Is there any Customer Care at Reliance which can do anything to improve their services.This attitude is repelling away the customers and leaving a real bad taste in our dealings.Looking forward to some response from someone in Reliance .....and let the Reliance continue in Reliance.

Reliance Netconnect broadband — Data card purchased, Does not work
I have purchased a Reliance Data card on the 16th of June. I was informed it would take 48 hours to activate. The card has been activated but when I plug it into my computer, there is no signal available and I cannot use it. I have raised this issue with Reliance and have yet to get a response from them. It is now over 2 weeks since I purchased my card.I have written to Reliance Comm / spoken to them on the phone requesting cancellation of my data card with a full refund. Every time I call, I am told that they can cancel the card but not give me a full refund. The supervisor is not available and when I request for a call back from the supervisor, I do not get a response. Since nobody in Reliance is willing to address my concern, should I write to Mr. Anil Ambani directly?
My concern is that if it has taken over 2 weeks and my problem is not yet resolved. Even if Reliance gets this resolved, in case there is a problem in the future, it may take many days to resolve. I am not interested in a service provider which such low levels of customer service and hence have requested for a full refund, an question which Reliance Comm does not respond to
