Hi,
My data card number is [protected]. In every 1st and 2nd week my broadband card starts giving problem. When I connect my data card it shows full strength in signals and when I pressed connect it goes till Successful authentication and then it got disconnected. Broadband signal in my house is good as my friend has the same card and its working.
After doing multiple complaints they say this is the problem with Mac or signal is weak. I explained them it is neither the case. I am fed up of this service. Don't know where to complain about this. Customer care people gave layman answers and nothing concrete. Why would I pay for such a service which is down for half the month.
Please convey my complaints.

there is full signal but low data transfer rate, upto 17 kbps of speed i m getting.
how to resolve same issu?
any reliance customer care number?
