Reliance Netconnect Broadband= — USB MODEM NOT WORKING

I have purchased Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ USB Modem in the month of Dec.,2010 and since then it is not working properly and causing a lot of inconvenience. I also further recharged the same with Rs.250/- . Even then it is not working/connecting. Hence applied for the cancellation of the registration.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ USB Modem in the month of Dec., 2010 and since then it is not working properly and causing a lot of inconvenience.
I also further recharged the same with Rs.250/- on 17.01.2011. Even then it is not working/connecting. Please any one help now what to do Reliance customer care not care about services.
