[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — The product never worked!

Hi,

I have purchased a reliance netconnect broadband+ device on 2nd October.
I was assured the number would be activated within 3 days.

Its been 3 weeks+ now, and I have never got to use it even once. The device doesnt work. No one in the reliance webworld / call centre / email executives have any clue, and the buck is passed on from one to another.

Unfortunately i cannot attach telephonic records, but I have all the email exchanges if needed.

The MDN number is [protected].
Complaint number:[protected]., :[protected], and many more.

And now I get a call, saying THE NUMBER HAS BEEN TERMINATED, and I would have to purchase a new device!

I sincerely hope, am provided justice for all the trauma I was made to go through.
