[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Harassing daily to pay bill when the data card is disabled. | |
Took Reliance 3G data card in Feb from a local vendor. He charged me about Rs 2500 and said i could use 15GB and later on it would be about Rs750 for 5GB. At the end of April my internet got stopped and when contacted REliance customer care[protected] i am told that 15GB got exhausted and i need to pay about 750 to recharge. I didn't recharge and never even tried to connect to internet from that data card.
I never received any monthly bill nor any update on my usage. Now since 2 months i am getting calls from REliance that i need to pay Rs 800 and last week they said i need to pay Rs 1777. I keep telling them that about the call i made in April when the data card stopped working. They wouln't listen and keep calling very day and now started sending SMS's.

i got sms that case has been filed with file-id ( 76847). I figured there is no use talking to those call center folks and i can take any legal action if Reliance doesn't resolve this issue.
