I regret to say that I’ve chosen your data card.( refer to my earlier complaint dt.Feb 15, 2011 )
Please find my complaint on consumer forum and till now there is response from your side. Added to the fuel, you have also barred out-going of my wife’s number and when I contacted the customer care they said we need to submit the id proof.
Only after walking to your stores, I was told that, due to bill pending on data card, they have de-activated the outgoing services of my wife’s number.
The real problem is your poor customer service department @ Hyderabad and why don’t you sack all these lousy staff and recruit dynamic marketing guys (like me). Seriously, make me an offer and see how these kinds of petty issues can be solved with in no time !!
Will you atleast revert and resolve my problem or shall I go to consumer forum ?
