Reliance Netconnect — Fraud Executive | |||
I had called Reliance Customer Care for a new Netconnect (wireless broadband) connection on Jan 2nd, 2011. Reliance had sent an executive named Riyaz (Phone number: [protected]) on the same day. Riyaz sold a Netconnect instrument to me for Rs. 1500 and promised unlimited usage for a month. After 10 days o[censored]sage, the instrument stopped working. When I contacted Reliance Webworld, they asked me to re-submit the documents for address proof and ID proof. I called Riyaz and resubmitted the documents. After resubmitting the documents, the net connection worked for a day. I experienced the same problem again. Now, when I call the executive (Riyaz), he does not answer my calls. And the representatives at Webworld only ask me to keep resubmitting the documents. So, leave alone unlimited usage for a month, I haven't been able to use Reliance Netconnect for a month after paying Rs. 1500 and submitting documents for ID and address proof twice!
