[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Not I Get Proper Benefit From 199 LM plan | |||
Hello Sir, I am Amit Kumar Panja. I am a customer of Rs.169 then 199 LM plan. This is a unlimited serving & downloading plan of Reliance netconnect , but I faced a problem for long time, which is my modem is going to minus(-) balance after next recharge date and I face it again & again. For this problem I contact Reliance Netconnect customer Care so many times and complain to others officers of Reliance ( Debasish, Arijit ). But nobody care me & could not solve this problem. Sir please help me & take action for this cheeting service & cheeter company as soon as possible. (My Netconnect Number Is-[protected]). the poit of purchase has comettied me that in netconnect+ there is a lm recharge 199 unlimited
and after i gone to him to recharge he just change his toung that when we told 2 u .
