[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Not resolved the wrong reduction problem | |||
Hello Sir, I am Amit kumar Panja and I am a user of LM 199 Internet plan. Which is totally unlimited plan for 30 days but I cannot use this service properly because it stopped his service before 30 days. This problem is happened from 09/07/2012 to 05/03/2013, total 9 times. For this problem I already complains so many times and company agents are tell me for resolve this wrong reduction but this problem is not be resolved. What is this problem & why this problem is not resolved? Why this wrong reduction is continue for every months ? Last complain number[protected].
