[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Not Working Properly For 10 Days

Sir, I over all check my PC & modem & verified it by a PC mechanic. he report me that no problem in my PC. But Reliance Netconnect Service is very bad for a long time.1. Network Weak & Updown Alltime (3- 4 bars) 2. Very Slow ( Serving & Downloading) & Before I inform You for this various trouble shutting Activity For Downloading & Serving process, But Running 2 days I faced a new problem, which is Link Out continuously & Auto Disconnecting problem. When I connect the internet and after few minute later I saw this modem automatically stop his working by Auto Disconnecting activity. Sir please help me for this long time problem & take a necessary action against this bad net connect service of RELIANCE. Thanks. My Modem Number-[protected].

Reliance NetConnect+ unlike name is a very Un-Reliable service, be it network connectivity or even disconnection of connection. I had a Netconnect+ postpaid connection which i wanted to disconnect due to the same problem of Not Working Properly For more than 10 Days. Since it was postpaid it was billed even though i did not get to use it in the whole month. Finally i had to argue with the customer care to take up my request for disconnection. After it was taken up i was told to wait for the next billing cycle to get to know the pending bill amount to be paid. after the bill got generated and i paid the bill, it was told to me that since the termination request was closed by the time the bill was generated i had to go and visit the reliance store to get the connection disconnected.Pathetic customer care.
