[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Received a court notice instead of giving Money back

Respected sir,

I have purchased reliance net connection on sep-02 2011 and i ended up closing the connection with lower speed. After repeated compalints
there is no use o[censored]sing this connection i disconnected it within 1 month and also made my request directly reliance comm.after that they
started harrassing by calling me to pay the bill for the next three months i said to them that i have taken it for 2500/- rupees for 3 months
subscription free if i am not using it or disonnected before 1 month the remaing balance will be paid back but the thing is different here no
cares about the issue inspite of that i have to pay the ramining balance so neglected them and tried to explain them the same repeats and
suddenly they stopped calling us so i thought the mistake was rectifed by them. And suddenly yesterday i got legal notice with complaint
No-RCL/CONCI-APR-12/LOT-I/6730 and my data card number is [protected] to pay remaining balance of rupeess 1500/-.I dont understand
what the hell is happening with coustmers or so called sufferers of Reliance netconnect instead of paying my money back they have sent a
legal notice to pay extra 1500 just like that why should i pay as per the agreement they said i[censored] disconnect the connection before 1 month
they will pay the remaining amount back now they have sent a notice to pay my money to the Indias No 1 Fraud company.No one takes
if we complain and now they sent notice iam writing this issue because i dont want any common person to come into this fraud company
and suffer for the rest.I dont understand one thing i have seen alot of similar complaint in consumer complaints with the same issue then why
these people are not trying to stop the stupid company and stupid products every day hundreds of people joining the complaints against reliance
but no one cares.Please stop such kind of harrasments towards
