Reliance netconnect issues wrong bills and threatens customers
My wife had a reliance netconnect device Account No :[protected] RIM No : [protected].

She terminated the service in November 2011 by giving a written application at a Reliance outlet.
However she has been charged for usage in Dec 2011 and Jan 2012. Even after explaining to the customer
care that she had terminated the service, of late she has started receiving threatening calls from reliance
about suing for non-payment of bills. Scared of the threats she paid the amount today.

After payment, we checked with a reliance outlet and they confirmed that they received termination request in November and
these bills should not have been issued. Reliance has wrongly issued the bills and resorts to threats to demand undue amount
from their customers.
