[Resolved] Reliance Postpaid — reliance sending wrong bill and barred my number [protected] | |||
I have postpaid number of relaince [protected]. I talked to their executive on 198 to activate 99rs data pack, she put me on hold and after that said that you can start using your internet on thae plan after 24hrs and your limit is 2gb. she didn't tell me that i will get a confirmation message in case its get activated. I am a layman in the field of telecom, as she told me that you pack will get activated in 24hrs. so i waited for 24 hrs and after that started using the net. now instead of rs.99 company is asking me to pay 3750 for internet usage. not only this they barred my number as well why i should pay when the fault is of company, if they had technical issues in activating my plan and they didn't inform me that your plan can't be activated. please look into the matter. Reliance — Barred my number
I am Uday kumar and my mobile no is [protected]. My number got barred on 1st July. When I called customer care they asked me to submit the documents. I have submitted it thrice. They barred my incoming call by 4th july. Then i gave a complaint. And whenever i call customer care they provide dissatisfactory solutions. Its been more than a week now. They barred me calling to customer care too. I am not able to receive/send message or calls.
